职责描述：job summary: engineer’s responsibilities include doing ic road test of bldc motor control ic products, customer technical support & developing reference circuits, writing datasheets and application/design notes, drawing schematic & pcb, mcu coding design. products are analog/mixed-signal ic’s and may include: power management, signal management and analog functions. 该职位的主要职责包括定义和调试电机控制ic产品, 设计参考电路, 撰写产品规格书, 应用设计手册并且给客户提供技术培训与支持，pcb及其原理图设计，利用mcu设计代码程序. 涉及的ic芯片包括模拟及混合信号ic, 具体包括功率管理, bldc电机控制ic.
responsibilities 工作职责:
1. road test of bldc motor products; 对电机控制ic进行性能评估及应用测试;
2. customer technical support; 对客户进行技术支持;
3. develop application reference circuits; 设计参考线路图;
4. write datasheets, design notes; 撰写产品规格书, 应用设计手册;
5. mcu coding design for motor control. 利用mcu编写bldc电机控制程序
任职要求：
1. msee or equivalent with 1+ years or bachelor degree with 3+ years of motor experience;
应具备电气工程学硕士及等效学历,1年以上马达相关工作经验, 或者本科学历3年以上相关工作经验;
2. excellent communication, writing and presentation skills; 良好的沟通, 撰写及做报告的能力;
3. possess hardware implementation skills; 良好的硬件电路实现, 调试能力;
4. ability to analyze complex analog and power electronic circuit; 具备分析复杂的模拟电路及电力电子线路的能力;
5. major in power electronics or related. 电机专业，电力电子专业或相关专业.
